Covid19 – CANCELLATION POLICY REVISED:

TMFA has always offered our clients flexible lease terms and an easy cancellation policy.  We now want to reiterate, more than ever, that we will continue to work with clients who need to terminate or cancel an upcoming reservation. As always, we will refund any deposits. We will not hold your money captive as a credit towards future reservations. We are secure enough to know, when the time is right, you will return to our city and utilize our apartments once again.

WE WANT YOU TO RESERVE WITH CONFIDENCE and know you are working with a corporate housing provider that understands the necessity for flexibility for today’s travelers.
