Tucked away in a quiet Aruban neighborhood, away from the busy downtown area, just at the North end of the high rise hotel strip and a quick two minute walk to the beach the spacious Orange House is a relaxing home away from home. This fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom house which accommodates 6 guests has a fully equipped full kitchen with washer/dryer. There is a dining room, family room and living room. There are two queensize beds and a sleeper sofa. Local phone service, high-speed internet and basic cable is included in the rate. Complete bed/bath linens are provided. The weekly rent is $2,500. An exit cleaning fee of $200 and a reservation fee of $375 will be charged. A $500 security deposit will be held and returned at the end of stay upon final inspection. Aside from having a temporary Aruban home you also have a hospitality team included once you arrive. You will be greeted at the house upon your arrival and departure by the caretaker. The owner of the house is available if any guidance is needed for island reservations or information. Maid service is also available for an additional charge. The Orange House is available immediately until the end of the year. Please contact us with any questions!
